These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and suga22 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the suga22 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.

These Terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. suga22 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

To use the suga22 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• An individual acting in a personal capacity, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of another party.
• Not residing in a country or territory that prohibits online wagering activities under applicable local laws.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period, whether voluntarily or mandatorily imposed.
• Able to make responsible decisions without coercion or external influence.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at suga22. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. suga22 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, suga22 shall not be liable for:
